Hyperliquid rates range from 0.40% to 3%, a difference of 2.60 percentage points. The median across the 7 offers is 1.09%, while Bybit has the highest listed return.
Use this table to compare Hyperliquid across 7 offers from 5 providers. The highest percentage is only a starting point. Product labels, custody, fixed terms and provider conditions explain where the return comes from and which risks you accept.
Enter your deposit at the top right of the table. The calculation applies minimum and maximum deposit limits, so it reflects the amount that can actually earn a return.

A higher percentage usually comes with different conditions or additional risk.

You deposit into a protocol and receive a tradable token representing the staked position. This adds smart contract, liquidity and depeg risk to the underlying staking risk. More about liquid staking.
This is not staking. You lend your coins to a provider, which pays interest from its own resources. If the provider fails, you may be an unsecured creditor and could lose the full deposit. More about lending.

HYPE is not staked through a general DeFi contract on HyperEVM. The native staking position lives in HyperCore, Hyperliquid’s trading and consensus layer. You delegate HYPE to validators participating in HyperBFT consensus.
Use the official Hyperliquid staking page.
OKX Web3 Wallet can connect as a self-custody wallet. Always verify the
app.hyperliquid.xyz domain; a fake page can copy validator names while requesting another signature.
HYPE must first sit in the HyperCore spot balance. HYPE on HyperEVM is not the same balance and must be moved to HyperCore. You then transfer it from spot to staking balance and select one or more validators.
Hyperliquid permits delegation across several validators. This allows diversification without using several wallets. Review commission, self-stake and total delegation. An active validator must maintain a minimum self-delegation; below it, the validator can enter a state allowing only undelegations.
Rewards are automatically delegated again to the chosen validator. A displayed APY therefore already includes protocol compounding. Do not count the reinvestment effect twice.
A new validator delegation is initially locked for one day. It can then be wholly or partly undelegated. HYPE returns immediately to staking balance but is not yet in the tradable spot balance.
Moving from staking balance back to spot balance uses a seven-day queue. Each address can have no more than five such withdrawals pending. Splitting an exit into many small requests can hit this limit. Confirm both periods in the current interface because protocol rules can change.
Hyperliquid uses the withdrawal queue to keep consensus attacks punishable, but its documentation states that automatic slashing is not currently implemented. This is not a promise about future rules. HyperBFT depends on more than two-thirds of stake acting correctly, and network rules can be updated.
Validator choice still matters. Poor performance may affect rewards, while misconduct can lead to network-level intervention even without an automatic slash transaction.
See the official Hyperliquid documentation on HyperCore staking and the steps for staking HYPE.
We collect rates directly from providers through their APIs or official websites and check them daily. Every rate shows when it was last checked. Providers can change terms without notice, so confirm the current rate before depositing.
Crypto returns are never guaranteed. On-chain staking can involve slashing, liquid staking adds smart contract and depeg risk, and lending can expose your entire deposit if a provider fails. In every category, a fall in the coin price can exceed the rewards earned.
